Maharashtra SEC extends deadline to submit objections on voters’ list

Under the revised schedule, the previous deadline of November 27 for filing objections has now been pushed to December 3. Likewise, the earlier date of December 5 for publishing the final voters’ list has been extended to December 10

The Maharashtra State Election Commission (SEC) on Wednesday extended the deadline for submitting objections to the voters’ list for the upcoming Maharashtra local body elections.
Under the revised schedule, the previous deadline of November 27 for filing objections has now been pushed to December 3. Likewise, the earlier date of December 5 for publishing the final voters’ list has been extended to December 10.
