Ahead of the next phase of Maharashtra local body elections, an NGO has launched the 'Citizens' Manifesto', outlining reforms aimed at improving service delivery, enhancing transparency through open civic data, strengthening municipal capacities and advancing priorities for resilient urban development, reported news agency PTI.
