Fire breaks out on moving Thane Municipal Transport bus; passengers evacuated

At the time of the incident the driver and conductor of the bus were present in the vehicle along with around 20-25 passengers on board at the time of the incident, an official said

A fire broke out on a moving Thane Municipal Transport (TMT) bus on Wednesday afternoon, civic officials said, adding that the passengers on board the bus were evacuated and no injuries were reported in the incident.
According to the Regional Disaster Management Cell (RDMC) of Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC), the incident was reported at around 1:06 pm.
