The complaint has been sent through complainant's lawyer. It demands actions to be taken against the comedian under Section 378 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, The Forest Act 1972, Environment Protection Act 1986, and The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act. When contacted, Kiran Kale, Senior Police Inspector of the station, said, "An FIR cannot be filed. We will investigate to know if there really is a violation.
