A fire broke out this evening on the top floor of a 23-storey building in suburban Malad in north Mumbai, fire brigade officials said.

However, no one was injured in the blaze, which erupted on the top floor of the Pimpripada's Rishi Tower at 4.53 PM, a fire brigade official said.

Two fire tenders were rushed to the spot, which doused the flames in around 20 minutes, he said, adding the exact cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained.
