Mumbai Police have busted an inter-state racket involved in printing and distributing fake postal stamps of the Indian Postal Department and arrested five people after their links emerged in Mumbai, Bihar, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, officials said.

Police seized counterfeit stamps worth Rs 27.84 lakh during the operation, they said.
