End your crawl at this milk centre where there is no skimping on malai. The Phirni (Rs 40) is one of the better versions in the city. If you&rsquo;re a chai fan, this is the right spot to end with a cup.

The Khichda here (Rs 70) is cooked perfectly. A dish that once fed and strengthened Mughal armies, it is slow-cooked, spiced, and a warm meal in itself. It&rsquo;s full of comfort, and also one of the most generous plates you&rsquo;ll find. If you&rsquo;re pacing yourself, consider sharing. If not, follow it up with their Chicken Baida Roti (Rs 120) and commit fully.
