Asian palm civetWhen an Asian palm civet is given coffee beans, it picks only the best coffee berries, which contain better beans. The civet eats the berries for the beans’ fleshy pulp, and the bean passes through the digestive tract. Along with other fecal matter, the beans are then discarded from the body. Pics/Phorum Dalal
