Hard Rock Café (HRC) has prepared a special menu of desserts inspired by the culinary show. The dishes will be available every Sunday.

Spiced Apricot Short Cake

Adding to HRC’s existing lip-smacking array of desserts, the new Master Chef creations include Vanilla Panacotta with Light Cookies, Raspberry and Chocolate Tuille Cheesecake, Spiced Apricot and Ricotta Shortcake and Two Tone Fudge Bites.

Amey Marathe, kitchen manager, HRC, said, “We will offer a few desserts made by the contestants of Master Chef Australia. I would like people to know that the desserts are competitively priced so that people can enjoy the best at reasonable rates.”

Vanilla Panacotta with Light Cookies

He added that his favourite is the Two Tone Fudge Bites as it is different from regular brownies that are available in the market. “Its taste is very special and I also personally like the Raspberry and Chocolate Tuille Cheesecake as I like the white sauce,” he added.
