Girlfriend wants me to sever ties with my best friend

The only problem is she doesn't like my best friend, a married woman. My best friend and I work at the same office and spend most of the time with each other. She doesn't like my girlfriend either and thinks that my GF doesn't take care of me and she also thinks she is not the perfect girl for me. Whenever I ask my friend about the problem, she always says that my girlfriend is using me. My girlfriend fights with me whenever she finds my best friend around me and a few times, we've even come close to breaking up. I even told my firlfriend that my best friend is like my sis and there is nothing she need be worried about. Despite several attempts they've never changed their opinions about each other. Thing is my best friend has been there for me whenever I have needed her and so, I don't want to hurt her. But I am really pissed off with their behaviour.
