Shivalik Projects has been a game changer when it comes to innovation and ideas in Real Estate. Post-pandemic, they launched WFH – Work from Home spaces in their Residential Projects which became an instant hit amongst the consumers. They have also adapted to the Digital Revolution and focused on Digital Sales rather than the orthodox physical model of space selling. That became a key asset in times of pandemic when everyone was hooked to their mobile phones or laptop.
“We plan to have maximum digitalization and technological use, be it Sales or 3D Printing or anything else. This is the only way we can connect to the next-gen customers and their needs. Also, it is essential if we want our next generation to work with us,” says Taral Shah.
Shivalik Projects have also initiated Green Building concept where the project includes implementation of Solar panels, extensive plantations and even rainwater harvesting facility. They aim to reduce carbon emission by creating well-ventilated spaces.
Their plan for the future is to design an ecosystem that includes Interior Design, Home Design, Maintenance, Infrastructure, and small constructions as well. “We are focusing heavily on Redevelopment Projects right now. My vision is to establish Shivalik Projects in the top 5 companies and project it as a company for the next generation. We would want to cater all the segments of real estate and achieve a goal of around 50 million sq. ft. in coming years,” shares Taral Shah.
Taral Shah is also the President of CREDAI Ahmedabad Youth Wing and Secretary of CREDAI Gujarat Youth Wing. He is also a Member of GCCI Real Estate and INFRA Committees, playing a vital role in shaping various policies on Real Estate. He considers Shivalik Projects to be Growth Partner of Gujarat, mainly Ahmedabad.
