<p>It is very individualistic, while there is no denying that women with PCOS find it more difficult to manage weight. You must remember, it is highly likely that it might take more effort. You don&rsquo;t need to do everything, build a consistent program where you get enough sleep, nutrition, and exercise&mdash;even if it is low impact, go for that 30 minute walk.
