Dear Diana
Dear Diana,
I'm 25 and get tongue-tied when I am with girls. I don't know how to strike a conversation with them. My shyness is preventing me from being in a relationship. I do not have the confidence to strike a conversation with a girl. I feel like I'm being judged and therefore I stop myself from expressing my opinions. I haven't had the guts to ask a girl out when all my pals have someone special in their lives.

Dear Armaan,
Just be cool, instead of being anxious and nervous of what others might think of you.
Relax and remember that the girl also has her set of fears. She probably might be equally nervous to strike a conversation with you. Even if you fumble it is okay, just crack a joke and laugh at yourself. Also, don't be self-conscious and worry too much of what to say. Just go with the flow and be yourself.
