Hyderabad-based Manam Chocolate has earned a spot on TasteAtlas’s prestigious list of the ‘100 Best Chocolates in the World,’ with its 66 percent Dark Chocolate ranking at Number 81. The recognition shines a light on India’s growing presence in the global craft chocolate movement.
The 66 percent Dark Chocolate is a single-origin creation, crafted using cacao sourced exclusively from Idukki, Kerala. The region is known for producing high-quality cacao beans with a complex flavour profile, thanks to its tropical climate and fertile soil.
