Enjoy the Mango Yuzu Soda, Mango Kombucha, Raw Mango Salad, The Mango Misu as well as French-style Mango Crepe but not without the Mango New York Cheesecake.

Even Blue Tokai Roasters has an ongoing summer menu that let's you indulge in mangoes, berries, citrus, and cooling herbs—reimagined into signature drinks and dishes. From the Alphonso Smoothie, blended with frozen yoghurt and chilled milk, to the tart-sweet Hibiscus Raspberry Spritzer and sparkling Lychee Lemonade, the beverages are designed to offer both relief and delight.

It also has sourdough tartines in Guacamole and Feta, Olive and Mushroom, Chimichurri Millet, and Chicken Chimichurri, topped with fresh, seasonal produce. On the other hand, the dessers include the Almond Orange Bostock—a buttery croissant slice with orange jam, signature almond frangipane, and toasted almond slivers—offers a rich finish alongside a fan favourite— the decadent classic Chocolate Cake.
