This weekend, take your children to the Bhau Daji Lad Mumbai City Museum for the latest edition of Kahani Karnival that features sessions linked with drama throughout the day. Today’s events will only be open to school children while Saturday will be open to all.

“All the sessions will be inspired by books. For example, the session on puppetry is inspired by Vikram Seth’s Beastly Tales,” says Shinibali Mitra Saigal, partner and co-founder of the fest.

She adds that the initiative is to inculcate the love of stories in children. “As of now, we are working with a grant from the museum and have conducted three sessions last year. We also work with schools.”
