Rahul Vaidya's mother Geeta on his gameplay: Don't think he's anyone's puppet

She added, "One of his strengths is that he takes a stand whenever necessary and makes his point clear. This is one quality which I believe can help him win the show."

When asked what she thinks of Rahul being called friend and co-contestant Aly Goni's puppet on the show, Geeta Vaidya said, "Right now, he is playing his individual game and is using his own mind which I believe is good for him at this point in time. I don’t think he is anyone’s puppet."

Speaking about the ever-changing equations of people inside the house and Rahul and Nikki Tamboli's friendship, Rahul's mother said, "Their friendship is only related to the game. In my opinion, both of them are playing according to the tasks and according to the situation in the house. The equations of the contestants with each other keep on changing. I wouldn’t say that Rahul should not trust Nikki. He is smart and will do what he has to according to his game."

There have been reports that Rahul Vaidya might tie the knot with girlfriend Disha Parmar once he's out of the house, and turns out, the news is true. "Yes, it is very much true. We have not finalised a date yet but preparations are going on. We are just waiting for him to win the show and come home," says the singer's mother.
