Every daily soap, when it reaches a plateau, tends to take a time leap in the storyline. However, Hats Off Productions — known for shows like Pushpa Impossible and Wagle Ki Duniya, among others — has never had a leap in their shows before. Both shows have now crossed 1000 episodes.
Pushpa Impossible, starring Karuna Pandey, is now taking a time leap of seven years. Post the jump in time, Pushpa will have completed her law education and become a certified advocate. Producer and director JD Majethia says there will be a systematic shift in the challenges Pushpa faces going forward. “She has wrapped up school and college, and now we move to the next part of her journey. The [previous] stories had been explored extensively. They were restricting us, so we had to explore a new world. The leap was needed to go broader,” shares Majethia over a call.
