One of television’s most popular shows, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, is going off-air after enjoying a great response some time back. There had been a rumour that the show was under scrutiny due to declining TRPs for a while now, but there was no confirmation. However, now the cast members shared posts on social media from their last day on set, which confirmed the news.

Interestingly, a few months ago, the producers introduced a time leap with a completely new set of lead characters. However, the revamped storyline also failed to resonate with viewers.

In an attempt to boost ratings, the makers brought back Bhavika Sharma, aka Savi. But that too failed to receive a positive response. According to a Telly Express report, the cast and crew shot the final episode on Sunday, June 29. Consequently, the show is expected to go off air in the first week of July. It is believed that Savi (Bhavika) and Neil (Param Singh) will part ways on friendly terms, and not as a romantic couple.
