Zee Tv has announced a new show named Pavitra Rishta, which is set to go air soon. However, the news has upset the OG producer of Pavitra Rishta, Ekta Kapoor. She is seemingly not happy with the title reuse and recently took to her Instagram story to call out the makers. She called out the title use for its "terrible ethics," labelling it as "intellectual bankruptcy."

Taking to her Instagram stories, Ekta wrote, "When u can`t create an IP u feed on an established one of another creator!" She further blasted at the makers, saying, "Terrible ethics or intellectual bankruptcy!!! Or both!!! Nothing Pavitra about it!!! (sic)"
