Dipika Kakar, who has bravely shared her struggle through stage two liver cancer, has revealed a new difficulty in her recovery. In a recent video, the actress confessed that she has been experiencing extreme hair loss as a side effect of her current therapy. At the same time, her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, has been ill since her cancer diagnosis.

Dipika talks about the side effects

Dipika noted in her vlog that, while her most recent medical findings, including blood tests, were normal, dealing with hair loss has been emotionally challenging. She said,  "I mentioned that the blood report has come back normal. However, what`s affecting me at the moment is the hair loss I`ve been facing as a side effect. Every time I see my hair fall in huge numbers after a wash, I get shocked."
