"Workers involved with the show had complained that the makeshift toilet on the set was filthy and wanted a new one to be built. The vigilance team, therefore, paid a surprise visit to the set and upon inspection, found out that it was indeed unfit for use. They issued a warning to the makers and have asked them to install a new toilet as soon as possible," says a source.

Raj Surve of the vigilance team confirms the news and says, "Our members should be treated with respect and we have asked the producers to build a new toilet."
