According to industry sources, the shift follows strong advice from distributors to avoid a clash with Marvel&rsquo;s Avengers: Secret Wars, scheduled for December 17, 2027.
To meet the advanced deadline, the production team has fast-tracked the film, with calendars being reworked. Initially, it had been reported that the first schedule of Spirit would be shot until December-end before pausing for a New Year&rsquo;s break. However, with the director keen to release the cop actioner mid-2027, the filming of the Prabhas, Triptii Dimri, and Vivek Oberoi-starrer continued through the New Year&rsquo;s week.
