SS Rajamouli's Baahubali – The Beginning created an unprecedented wave in Indian cinema back in 2015. The film’s word-of-mouth popularity spread rapidly across the country, with audiences fixated on one question-  “Kattappa ne Baahubali ko kyu maara?” The answer arrived in 2017 with Baahubali – The Conclusion, a film that shattered all box office records in India. Baahubali: The Epic advance sales

The Prabhas and Anushka Shetty-starrer has registered impressive advance bookings- reportedly the highest ever for a re-release. The film has earned over Rs 10 crore worldwide in pre-sales, surpassing the advance numbers of Vijay’s Ghilli re-release and Mahesh Babu’s Khaleja.
