Bhojpuri singer Neha Singh Rathore was booked on sedition charges for her post after the Pahalgam terror attack. After the horrifying incident, Neha put out a post in which she allegedly attacked the ruling government, saying the Pahalgam incident happened because of the intelligence and security failure on the part of the ruling dispensation.

The case was filed after a Pakistani X handle reported her video in which she claimed that PM Modi will now seek votes in Bihar in the name of the Pahalgam attack, similar to what he did in 2019 after the Pulwama attack, which claimed the lives of 40 CRPF jawans.
