After Taj Mahal, director R Chandru is confident that his second film Prem Kahani will be a runaway success.

During the audio release of the movie, Chandru predicted that the movie would run for more than 25 weeks.

Puneeth RajKumar and Pooja Gandhi were the guests of honour at the release function. Telugu actress Sheela and Ajay were the main stars at the audio release of the film's audio release.
