As Shabana Azmi wrapped up her scenes in the film, the actress shared her experience working with the British star Emma Thompson.

In case you missed it, What’s Love Got To Do With It? qill also have Lily James, Shazad Latif, Rob Brydon, Asim Chaudhry and Pakistani star Sajal Ali, who featured in the Sridevi-starrer Mom (2017) playing pivotal roles. The film, which will be shot in London, is helmed by Shekhar Kapur.


Earlier, Shabana Azmi had been shooting in Budapest for Steven Spielberg's Halo. This futuristic sci-fi adventure television series has been adapted from a video game. The Otto Bathurst-directed venture, also featuring Pablo Schreiber and Natascha McElhone, sees Azmi play Admiral Margaret Parangosky, the head of the Office of Naval Intelligence.
