Despite nearly losing her balance, the singer continued to sing. Katy had a prop malfunction on her Lifetimes Tour in San Francisco while singing Roar atop a gigantic butterfly.

What happened on the stage

Katy can be seen seated on a gigantic butterfly-shaped prop that dangled in mid-air and took a round around the concert in a video from the performance that has just surfaced on X (previously Twitter) and Instagram. Katy was belting out her smash song Roar and encouraging the audience to sing along with her when a prop dropped unexpectedly. Katy nearly lost her balance, but she held onto her seat and continued to sing.
