Lindsay Lohan 'still a Justin Bieber fan' despite being criticized for her tax woes

It seems the ‘Mean Girls’ star is a nicer, more forgiving human being, as her rep revealed that despite the ‘baby’ hitmaker dissing her in his bizarre written rant posted on Instagram on Thursday, she “remains a fan” of the singer.

Bieber apologised to Lohan, but only through website TMZ.com, and he didn’t actually say the word sorry.

He told the website that he realised right away that what he said at the end was wrong and distracted from what he was trying to say.
