In the recently-released promo, the reality star, who is expecting a son in December with husband Kanye West, can be seen going on a routine doctor's checkup, where she learns that there are high chances that she can again have pre-eclampsia, E! Online reported.

After this, the 34-year-old American TV personality is seen telling her mother Kris Jenner and sister Khloe Kardashian that doctor has found more fluid than usual in her placenta, which could mean she can have diabetes.

Notably, Kardashian suffered from potentially deadly pre-eclampsia when she was pregnant with daughter North West in 2013.
