Heroes stars (and real-life couple) Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia vacation together on the French Polynesian island of Bora Bora.

Hayden, 19, and shirtless Milo, 31, were spotted holding hands as they walked out of their private villa.

Maybe they were celebrating their one-year anniversary? Or the New Year? Be sure to check out Milo's SLRS tattoo on his left shoulder.
