The advance bookings of Border 2 has opened and Sonam has shared BTS glimpses, reliving her fun shoot days.

Border 2 also stars Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and Ahan Shetty in pivotal roles. As per Varun Dhawan is based on the 1971 war and some true events, is presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, in association with J.P. Dutta’s J.P. 

The film is touted to be spiritual sequel of 1997 film Border. It will be released in theatres on January 23, 2026.
