Actress Shilpa Shetty fondly remembered her time working with legendary actor Dharmendra. She reflected on his remarkable humility, generosity, and the warmth he brought to everyone around him. Sharing her admiration for the veteran star, she highlighted how his kindness and simplicity left a lasting impression on colleagues and fans alike. Sharing her photos with the veteran star, Shilpa wrote, “I’ve had the privilege of working with many talented actors, but none with a bigger heart than yours. You were a true original, a shining star that touched so many hearts. Rest in peace you special soul. Dharamji, you will be missed Om Shanti,” she added. Shilpa worked with Dharmendra in the family drama Apne.

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar on Monday paid an emotional tribute to veteran actor Dharmendra, with whom he worked in the 1995 film “Maidan-E-Jung”, remembering him as the man every young boy once dreamt of becoming.

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan joined the industry in mourning Dharmendra’s passing, sharing a vintage photograph of the legendary actor with her late grandfather Raj Kapoor. She then shared a happy picture featuring Dharmendra and Raj Kapoor greeting each other with a big smile. For the caption, she wrote: “Forever in power”.

Sushmita Sen took to Instagram to share a heartfelt tribute to Dharmendra, posting a throwback photograph and praising not just the legend he was, but the extraordinary human being she knew. 

Bollywood star Ajay Devgn took to his social media account for expressing his grief over the news. He wrote, “Heartbroken to hear about Dharam ji. His warmth, generosity and presence inspired generations of artists. The industry has lost a legend… and we’ve lost someone who shaped the very soul of our cinema. Rest in peace, Dharam ji. Om Shanti,” followed by a folding hands emoticon.

Kajol took to Instagram, where she shared a picture of Dharmendra sitting next to Kajol’s son Yug. He could be seen smiling warmly, with his arm around the young boy. For the caption, Kajol wrote: “The OG of the Good Man is gone and the world is poorer for it.. somehow it seems like we are only losing the good people in it. Kind to the core and loved always . RIP Dharamji …with love always.”

Actress Kiara Advani took to her social media account in expressing her grief over Dharmendra’s passing away. She shared a picture of the superstar and added emoticons of a dove, a white heart and folded hands.

Bollywood ace designer Manish Malhotra has taken to his social media account in expressing his profound grief over the passing away of Bollywood superstar Dharmendra. Sharing a candid picture of himself with the superstar from the movie Rocky Aur Rani, Manish wrote, “RIP Legendary Dharamji ... In this pic on the sets of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, looking at him in admiration... I`ve been a huge fan of his... I loved all his 70s films that I grew up watching... his performances... his comic timing... his songs... his clothes... his style and him being the most handsome macho hero..."

Farah Khan took to the Stories section of her Instagram, and shared a throwback picture with the late actor. She wrote on the picture, “May god bless your soul Dharamji have given us so much happiness down the years with your performances n ur personality! Condolences to the Deol family”.

Actor-director Farhan Akhtar remembered Dharmendra in his heartfelt Instagram post and captioned, "A big, big loss to the entire film world. To those who make movies and to those who watch them, Dharam ji will forever remain irreplaceable. Thank you for six decades of entertainment. We are fortunate to have experienced your warmth, your kindness, your generosity, your charm, your intensity and your wit, on and off the screen. Deepest condolences to the Deol Family. (sic)."

Actor Manoj Bajpayee, too, mourned Dharmendra`s death in an emotional post. He wrote, "Dharam ji was my parents favourite and one of my childhood heroes. Losing him feels personal. His films, his love for people, and the gentle strength he stood for will stay with us (sic)." 

Meanwhile, Yami Guatam simple wrote, "Om Shanti", sharing a throwback pic of the veteran star.
