Unfortunately, the noted Hindi and Marathi actor, who was entertaining his fans and the audiences for more than four decades, has breathed his last at 77. The actor passed away at his residence in South Mumbai on Monday morning due to multiple organ failure.

"He passed away today at 6.55 am peacefully in his sleep at the residence. He has been unwell since quite some time. He had multiple organ failure," Khote's niece, actor Bhavana Balsavar, told PTI.
