According to the reports, Thamma earned roughly Rs 25.11 crore on its opening day, the highest first-day collection in Ayushmann Khurrana's career. Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa's Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, the only other film released with it, did not fare well at the box office.
