In one such recent interview, veteran actor, Shatrughan Sinha, was seen reflecting on his bond and close friendship with late actor Dharmendra, who passed away on November 24 following age-related ailments. However, the insightful interview soon took an unusual and hilarious turn when Shatrughan's unintentional slip of tongue left the audience in splits.

During a recent interview with Aaj Tak, Shatrughan Sinha was asked if he ever imitated or hid away from the world and recited the iconic dialogues of Dharmendra, whom he considers his idol. he recalled how Dharmendra was so affectionate with him that they would often jokingly say the most offensive things to him and tease him. He even shared how his wife, Poonam Sinha, would often joke about Shatrughan being the only person who could get away with murder when it comes to Dharmendra. He went on to add that not many people know that Dharmendra had a great sense of humour, and the way he would crack jokes was something very rare.
