The actor is starring as the antagonist in Shaitaan, a film also featuring Ajay Devgn and Jyothika in major roles. Madhavan is seen as the devil incarnate in this one, and he is playing it to the hilt.

The trailer of Shaitaan, directed by Vikas Bahl, was released earlier today, showing Madhavan entering Devgn and Jyothika's home as a harmless stranger, only to reveal his true self later. He hypnotises their teenage daughter, and then unleashes havoc in their lives.
