Salman Khan sends relief aid including boats and ration to Punjab flood victims

Salman Khan lends a helping hand to Punjab as he sends 25 boats and arranges for 25,000 ration packets to be distributed to those victims affected. His team will also distribute antibiotics across villages in the next phase

Salman Khan may be in Ladakh currently for Battle of Galwan’s shoot, but he is never too far away to extend a helping hand. On the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19, the host indicated that he had joined the relief efforts as Punjab reeled in the aftermath of the floods. mid-day has now learnt that the superstar, distressed by the unfolding tragedy, mobilised the team of his not-for-profit organisation Being Human, which began by sending 25 rescue boats to the hardest-hit areas of Ajnala, Firozpur, Gurdaspur, and their nearby villages. 

The foundation’s next step is to distribute food. To that end, the superstar has instructed his team to keep 25,000 ration packets ready, each containing two kinds of dal, rice, wheat, mixed masala, sugar, and tea leaves.
