The actor is currently facing prison in connection with a cheque-bounce case. Recently, a video of the actor being released from jail went viral; however, Radha has now clarified that he remains in custody and is awaiting his next court hearing.

Rajpal Yadav's wife Radha dismisses rumours

During a recent interaction with Bombay Times, Radha quashed reports claiming that the actor has already been released. The rumours spread online after an old video of Rajpal thanking Salman Khan resurfaced, leading to speculation that he had secured relief. She set the record straight, she said, “As of now, he is not out of Tihar Jail. The bail hearing is scheduled for Monday (February 16).”
