Musician Palaash Muchhal has resumed work after a tumultuous couple of months. His personal life became the centre of attention following his cancelled wedding with cricketer Smriti Mandhana. Palaash and Smriti were set to tie the knot in November, and the pre-wedding festivities were also conducted. However, hours before the ceremony, the couple called it off. In December, the two issued statements revealing that they had decided to cancel the wedding for good and requested privacy in the matter.

While Smriti Mandhana returned to the cricket field shortly after the wedding was called off, Palaash Muchhal is now ready to begin work on his next directorial venture. Actor Shreyas Talpade will be seen playing the lead in the film.
