"Masaan" fame director Neeraj Ghaywan has appealed to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to focus attention on the prevailing drought conditions in several areas of Maharashtra including Latur, Beed and Mumbai.

The director took the digital route to make his appeal.
