Karan Johar on health rumours
Filmmaker Karan Johar has been in the news for quite some time due to his dramatic weight loss. While some claim the transformation is the result of usage of Ozempic, he has sternly refuted the claims. The filmmaker recently came under scrutiny after Samay Raina shared a picture with him where his weight loss was quite evident. After the picture surfaced, netizens speculated that KJo is suffering from some illness and it is the side effect of medication. However, he has now reacted to nasty claims, giving a befitting reply to trollers.
The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani director recently made an appearance at the Dhadak 2 trailer launch. During the press conference, his looks were praised by a reporter, after which he cheekily cleared the air about his health. He said, “Internet pe toh logon ne mujhe maara hi dala tha. Unhone kaha ki yeh kya hogaya hai, yeh kaunsi beemari paal raha hai Karan. Toh main un sab se kehna chahta hun, meri sehat bilkul theek hain. Main bhut khush hun, infact I have never felt lighter on my feet.” (People on the internet have already declared me dead. They said, "What has happened to him? What kind of illness is Karan carrying?" So I want to tell all of them—my health is absolutely fine. I`m very happy. In fact, I`ve never felt lighter on my feet.)
He added, “There’s only one reason behind the weight loss – I have adopted many healthy habits to change wellness in my life. Main zinda hu aur zinda rahunga. I want to address these netizens who have been claiming such things. Main bahut saal jeena chahta hu, specifically mere bachon ke liye. Yeh saare mere bachhe hi hain. I have many stories left in me, I want them to reach the audience.”
