Bollywood actor Kajol Devgan has given a retail unit in Mumbai’s Goregaon West locality on rent, with a monthly rent starting at Rs. 6.9 lakh, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The deal was officially registered in November 2025.

Kajol leases property 

As per the IGR property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai actress purchased this retail unit in March 2025 for Rs. 28.78 crore. The retail unit is located in Bharat Arize and has a carpet area of 1,817 sq. ft. (168 sq. m) and one car parking.
