Actor and politician Kangana Ranaut recently shared a deeply emotional incident involving designer Masaba Gupta that left her feeling hurt and humiliated. Recalling the episode on social media, Kangana spoke about being asked not to tag the designer after wearing one of her sarees during a visit to the Ram Janmabhoomi site.
Kangana revealed that the incident took place when she was travelling from Lucknow to Ayodhya and had chosen to wear a saree designed by Masaba for the spiritual visit. “One instance I will never forget is when I was wearing Masaba Gupta’s saree for Ram Janmabhoomi and she told the stylist that I can’t go to Ram Janmabhoomi in her saree,” Kangana wrote, explaining that she was already on the way and could not change her outfit.
