Rohit Shetty recently revealed that the shoot of the much-awaited fifth instalment of Golmaal has finally begun. The original cast of the first Golmaal film, namely, Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu, Shreyas Talpade and Sharman Joshi, are set to reunite after 20 years. But it also comes with the power-packed addition of Akshay Kumar. In the announcement video of Golmaal 5, the Khiladi actor was seen sporting a bald look, leaving the fans intrigued.

Golmaal 5 brings together Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar after Singham Again, which saw a memorable cameo by Akshay’s Sooryavanshi character. While speaking exclusively to News18, Akshay revealed more details about doing Golmaal 5. He reacted to Ajay’s witty remark of ‘koi bhi franchise nahi chhodta hai’, saying, “But isn’t it a great thing? It’s nice that whenever there’s any franchise, they want me."
