Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol were on cloud nine as their iconic film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ) clocked 30 years of release. They celebrated the milestone by unveiling a new bronze statue in Leicester Square, London. The statue captured their iconic dance pose from the hit song Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna.
Braving the cold and rain, the iconic Bollywood duo lit up the unveiling ceremony with radiant smiles, engaging with the press and delighting fans by recreating their legendary DDLJ poses. The bronze statue depicts Shah Rukh and Kajol in a signature pose from the film. They also recreated the pose after unveiling the statue.
