Anurag Singh’s war drama, based on a chapter of the 1971 Indo-Pak war, has been progressing smoothly. This week, Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty came together to shoot a song at the National Defence Academy (NDA) in Pune. Composed by Anu Malik, the special number was choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.

A source close to the project shared that when Dosanjh revealed his Border 2 look on social media, many were shocked — especially since there had been talk of him being dropped and replaced by Ammy Virk, which his team later denied. “The shoot for the song began on Tuesday [July 1] and was wrapped up on Thursday [July 3]. This is the first time the four lead actors are shooting together in their respective uniforms,” the source said.
