Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi’s upcoming movie Bhool Chuk Maaf reportedly gets a new release date after its theatrical stint was cancelled, and it took the OTT route in the wake of the India-Pakistan conflict. For those unversed, the Bombay High Court granted an ad-interim injunction halting Maddock Films from releasing it on Amazon Prime Video on May 16. The decision came after PVR Inox approached the court seeking Rs 60 crore in damages due to breach of contract. 

Bhool Chuk Maaf gets a new release date

According to a report by Pinkvilla, Bhool Chuk Maaf will release in cinemas on May 23, followed by an OTT release on June 6. A source informed the entertainment portal that the court passed its order in the case, and makers will resume promotional activities from May 15. Although the standard window for web release is 8 weeks, the court directed that it will debut on OTT in just 2 weeks.
