Known for doing his own stunts, Akshay even insisted on performing some high-octane action sequences, even though he was advised to use a body double. 

This Akshay Kumar starrer slated for a big-screen release on August 19, is all set to entertain the audiences in a 2D and 3D format. While the news of the film's theatrical release has cheered the industry as well the audiences, the trailer has raised the excitement level of the fans many notches higher. The eagerly-awaited spy drama seems all set to revive the fortunes of the film industry and regalvanise big-screen magic.

Bellbottom, starring Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor is among the first big productions to hit cinema halls as restrictions eased. Instead of taking the digital-first route, it marked the return of films in theatres, a move that was applauded by filmmakers and actors who’ve been encouraging cine-goers to return to cinema halls and watch movies.
