Vivek gets RGV to delay Phoonk 2 release

Vivek Oberoi has asked his mentor Ram Gopal Verma to postpone the release of his production Phoonk 2. Reason? Both Phoonk 2 and Princeu00a0were set to release on April 9 and he did not want the two films to clash and eat into each other's business. Or more accurately, he does not want Phoonk 2 to eat into Prince's collections. Ram Gopal Verma had given Vivek his first big hit in Company and has also cast him in his next film Rakta Chartira. Vivek hoped his mentor would consider the idea. While RGV is yet to announce it officially, the buzz in trade circles is that Phoonk 2 will now release on April 16.
